1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Upper Cumberland Cards website, event information, and text messaging program. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Event information and third-party services
We work to keep show dates, locations, admission details, and dealer information accurate, but schedules and availability may change. Dealer reservations, forms, maps, social media, and other services may be operated by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

3. Upper Cumberland Cards text messaging program
When you voluntarily provide your mobile number and affirmatively opt in, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS or MMS messages from Upper Cumberland Cards. Messages may include card-show announcements, schedule or venue updates, reminders, giveaways, special offers, and other Upper Cumberland Cards news.
- Consent is optional. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing, reserving a table, attending an event, or otherwise using our services.
- Message frequency varies. Frequency depends on show schedules and announcements.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's rates and terms apply.
- To opt out, reply STOP. You may also use another reasonable opt-out request, such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. No further marketing texts will be sent unless you opt in again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your device, carrier, or network.
You represent that you are the account holder or have authorization to enroll the mobile number you provide. If your number changes or is reassigned, you agree to opt out or notify us promptly.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use its content or services unlawfully.
5. Intellectual property
The Upper Cumberland Cards name, logo, original website content, and related materials are owned by Upper Cumberland Cards or used with permission. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upper Cumberland Cards disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, attendance at an event, or reliance on website information.
