1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, city, dealer or event-registration details, message preferences, and communications with us. We may also receive basic technical information when you use the website, such as browser type, device information, pages visited, and referral information.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to provide show information, respond to questions, manage dealer or event-related requests, operate and improve the website, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations, and send communications you have requested. If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number and consent record to send Upper Cumberland Cards show announcements, reminders, updates, giveaways, and occasional promotions.
MOBILE PRIVACY
3. Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, text messaging originator opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose mobile information only to service providers that help us deliver and support our messaging program, when required by law, or to protect rights and safety. Those service providers may use the information only to perform services for Upper Cumberland Cards and not for their own marketing.
Participation in our messaging program is voluntary. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a message. Reply HELP for assistance, email joe@uppercumberlandcards.com, or call 931-229-0642. Please review our Terms & Conditions for complete messaging terms.
4. When we disclose information
We may disclose non-mobile personal information to vendors that provide hosting, analytics, communications, event registration, payment, security, and similar operational services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to investigate misuse, to protect people or property, or in connection with a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information.
5. Cookies and website data
Our website and service providers may use cookies or similar technologies needed to operate the site, remember preferences, understand traffic, and protect the service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.
6. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including maintaining consent and opt-out records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in an email, opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. We may retain information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.
8. Children's privacy
The website and messaging program are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact us to request deletion.
9. Third-party links
The website may link to dealer-registration platforms, maps, social networks, and other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
